I am sorry to hear of the loss of Dr. Ralph . I too know the pain of losing a loved one as I recently lost a parent. It is comforting that in the Bible at Revelation 21:3-4 Jehovah God promises a time when sickness and death will be no more. Also at John 5:28 & 29 the dead will live again. They will be raised from the memorial tombs here on earth. Hope this brings some comfort during this difficult time. For more information go to www.jw.org

I would like to express my condolences in the loss of your dear loved one. When a loved one dies it causes so much pain and sorrow. Our loving God Jehovah understands how we feel and he gives us comfort by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34:18 says: Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit. May the Bible promise of no more sickness and death (Revelation 21:3,4) strengthen you in the days and weeks ahead.

Message from Dr. JOYCE J. Dorsey
March 19, 2016 11:48 PM

On behalf of the Dorsey family, we express our remorse to the wife, mother and offspring of our humble and soft-spoken friend.  To Ralph's siblings,  I remember our fathers working hard for the rights of our people, leading their congregations to freedom along with the rest of the nation's disenfranchised descendants of Africans.  We were quite young but these ministers' values were instilled in us, and we are trying to bear the torch.

Mother Juanita, you have been continuously leading in Atlanta, holding up as a strong tower for the family name. We are still depending on you and thank you for what you will do to make us remember how to lead. You and Mrs. Gladys, our mother were the strongest "First Ladies" we knew and must continue to emulate.

The children must take heed and keep the torch lit brightly to prevent this current generation from losing touch.  I'm hoping we can meet, for we all must keep the memories of our parents vibrant.

I speak proudly about the goodwill of Senator Abernathy and thank him for remembering the downtrodden during his service in the Georgia Senate.  He fed the hungry before it was popular, along with the Fulton Atlanta Community Action Authority.  Remembering the selflessness of this minister brings esteem to all of us who must continue to serve the least and the lost. May God Bless the family with peace and fond memories.
