To the Oldham Family
I would like to take this time to express my condolences to the entire family. Our sincere thoughts and prayers are with the family. Please continue to rest your confidence in God. He understands your great sadness. He is the only ones that will be able to get us through this most difficult time. Yes He is the God of all tender comfort and mercies. ( 2 Corinthians 1:3-4) The comfort that He provides will put a smile on our faces. Just what does God share with grieving ones today. It is this. That very soon He would use His great powers to restore life back to those who have died. ( Acts 24:15) Question, do you believe that it is possible for the dead to live again? Just what the bible says about this promise. Really there are nine accounts in the bible that speaks about this grand arrangement. They are preserved in the bible that we might draw true comfort from God; especially when we are dealing with the lost of a love one or friend. Here is just one such example recorded at Luke 7:11-17. Why not read the verses and see how the text will apply to James, and others who have died. Yes what a joyous time the earth will be, as the whole earth is filled with the sound of joy and laughter. So please remember this promise from God. It will take place. For God does not lie. (Titus 1:2)

I am sorry for your loss. It is sad to lose a loved one to death. I recently lost my sister to death and that was very difficult for me,but what brings me comfort is knowing, I will see her again in the resurrection. (John 5:28,29. ) Revelation 21:4 says he is going to wipe the tears from our eyes. I am looking forward to that time. I hope these scriptures can be of comfort to you as well.
