Obituary

Jack D. Shannon, Sr. of Atlanta, passed August 22, 2022. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 26, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Big Bethel AME Church, 220 Auburn Ave., NE, with Rev. John Foster, Ph.D., Senior Pastor, officiating. Interment, Westview Cemetery. The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10 a.m. The public viewing will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022 at our chapel from 1 to 5 p.m.
