Mrs. Willie Mae Snead of 1925 Shirley Street, Southwest, Atlanta, Georgia passed away on Thursday, May 16, 2013.
The Funeral service for Mrs. Willie Mae Snead will be held on Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at 11:00AM at Flipper Temple African Methodist Episcopal Church, 580 Fair Street, Southwest (Student Movement Boulevard) with Rev. Augusta Hall, Jr., Pastor, officiating. Interment, Lincoln Cemetery. The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10:00AM.
She is survived by her children, Vivian Snead Caldwell, Patricia Snead Maddox, Beatrice Snead Peterson, Antoinette Snead and Roosevelt Snead, Jr.; 6 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
