Mrs. Wilhelmina Miller Arnold Kemp of Atlanta, passed July21, 2018.  Celebration of life service will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Warren Memorial United Methodist Church, 181 Joseph E. Lowery Blvd. S.W., with Reverend Leon Matthews, pastor, officiating.  Interment, Westview Cemetery.  Her remains will be placed in state at the church at 10 a.m.  Family and friends are requested to assemble at the church at 10:30 a.m.
