Acknowledgments
On behalf of the family of Tanya Fitten Jha, we want to thank you for your kind expressions of
sympathy, loving thoughts, and unselfish gestures during our time of grief. We are greatly
appreciative of the professionalism provided by the staff at Emory North Decatur Hospital and
Carl M. Williams Mortuary. We ask that you continue to keep our family in your thoughts and
prayers, and may God continue to bless and keep us whole during this time of grief.
Dear Mom,
How do we say goodbye to someone who lives within us?
Your love is woven into who we are—our strength, our compassion, our faith. Though we cannot
see you, we feel you still, guiding us with the same steady love you always gave.
You were our foundation, our safe place, our greatest teacher. Through your sacrifices and
unwavering devotion, you showed us what it means to love deeply and live with purpose. The
moments we treasure most are the simple ones: your voice, your laughter, the way you always
showed up.
You were the heart of our family and a light to everyone who knew you. Your kindness and
warmth reached far beyond us, and your legacy will continue through every life you touched.
We find comfort knowing you are now at peace, resting in God’s eternal care. We trust that your
spirit walks beside us still, and that one day we will meet again. Until then, we will carry your
love forward in all that we do.
Forever your children,
Tyrus, Jamesa, and Jameel
