Shirley Andrews  Lowrie

Shirley Andrews  Lowrie, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and cousin, passed away on May 28, 2024. She was born to George and Viola Perryman Andrews on May 26, 1936, in Madison, Georgia. She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, survived by her son, Randy (Jeanette); daughter, Ramona; granddaughters, Kendall and Kelsey; sisters, Valeria, Veronica (Daniel), and Deloris; brothers, Johnny, and Gregory (Maradeni); and a large extended family who will forever cherish her memory.

Shirley Andrews Latimer dedicated sixteen years as a registered nurse at the Georgia Mental Health Institute before retiring from Georgia Regional Hospital after four years of service.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 11 AM at the Carl Williams Funeral Home Chapel.  Interment, will be  at Planview Baptist Church Cemetery in Madison, Georgia.  Public viewing will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024 at our chapel from 1 to 6 p.m.
