Mrs. Sarah S. White of 1874 Bayberry Drive, Southwest, Atlanta, Georgia, formerly of "Henry Street" passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2013.

Sarah was born February 14, 1927 in Atlanta, Georgia .  Sarah Scott was united in matrimony to Mr. Luther Mack White on September 6, 1952. Sarah was a loving and devoted housewife and mother that love caring for her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Mrs. Carrie C. Paxton and daughter Vickie S. White.

She leaves to mourn her passing seven children, Mr. and Mrs. (John) & Helen Bowder, Mr. and Mrs. Randolph White, Mr. Luther M. White, Jr., Mrs. Barbara J. Jackson, Miss Dorothy White, Miss Denise White and Miss Norine White and thirteen grandchildren; Ian T. Bowder, Zonda S. Bowder, Witney S. White, Anthony D. Hill, Kevin C. White, Shawanna S. White, Demtris S. White, Gregory Jackson, Brandon Trapp, Brittney Trapp, Hashua Trapp, Corey Allen, Luther M. White III and two great grandchildren, Jamoria Anderson, Christian Harris. She will be missed by many other relatives and friends.

A Gravside Service for Mrs. Sarah S. White will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at Lincoln Cemetery. There will be a Visitation , Friday, April 26, 2013 in our chapel from 6:00PM – 7:00PM. The cortege will assemble at the residence at 11:00AM on the morning of the service.
