Mrs. Rutha Mae Rivens Forbes, passed on November 12, 2019; funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22, 2019 11 AM. The remains will lie in state one hour prior to the service (10 AM) Elizabeth Baptist Church, 2990 Bright Star Road, Douglasville, GA, Dr. Craig L. Oliver, Pastor, Officiating. Interment, Westview Cemetery.
