Mr. Robert L. Williams of Atlanta, Georgia, passed away on Monday October 7, 2013.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 at 11 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 501-7 Mitchell St., S.W. with Rev. Yvette D. Massey, Senior Pastor, officiating. Interment, South-View Cemetery.  The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10 a.m.
