Mr. Reginald Caracter

Mr. Reginald Caracter formerly of QLS Haven, 1840 Campbellton Rd., SW passed January 29, 2016.  Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Flipper Temple AME Church, 580 Student Movement Blvd., SW (formerly Fair St., SW) with Rev. Augusta H. Hall, Jr., pastor, officiating.  Family and friends are requested to assemble at the church at 10:15 a.m. Survivors are his son, Christopher Caracter of Wilmington, Delware; daughters, Regina Caracter, New York City and Aisha Dixon, Dallas, Texas; cousins, Nancy Oldham (James) Atlanta, GA, James Cornelius, Sr. (Myra), East Point, GA, Richard Corneluis, Sr. (Retia), Athens, GA and a host of other relativs and friends.
