Mr. Reginald Bernard Best of Jonesboro, GA, passed October 1, 2018.  Visitation and viewing will be held in our chapel on Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m..  Mr. Best will be carried to Carroll Mortuary, 12389 Heritage Hwy., Bamberg, South Carolina 29003, (803) 245-2570, for service and interment on Saturday, October 13, 2018.
