Mr. Quincell Roshawn Howard of Covington, Georgia, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2013.
The Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Quincell Roshawn Howard will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 1:00PM at First Mount Selah Baptist Church, 2017 Forrest Park Road, Southeast, Atlanta, Georgia with Reverend Gary Howard as Eulogist. Interment, South-View Cemetery. His remains will be placed in state at the church at 12:00Noon.
Visitation for Mr. Quincell Roshawn Howard will be held on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 7:00PM-8:00PM in the chapel of Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors, Inc., 492 Larkin Street, Southwest, Atlanta, Georgia, 404-522-8454.
Friends are requested to assemble at the church at 12:30PM on the day of the service.
