Princess Jillian Lily Bullock of Decatur, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2016 at Egleston Children's Hospital of Atlanta after a brief and sudden illness.

The Celebration of Life for Princess Jillian Lily Bullock will be held on Friday, November 11, 2016 at 6:00PM in the chapel of Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors, Inc. at 492 Larkin Street, Southwest. Her favorite colors were pink and purple.

Jillian was a fourth grade student at Narvie J. Harris Theme School in DeKalb County.

Jillian was a smart, funny and imaginative child who made friends everywhere she went.

She was preceded in death by her aunt, Sandra K. Hilton and uncle, Ardell Hilton. Jillian leaves to honor her memory, her mother, Frances Bullock; sister, Jamaica Owens; brothers, Joshua and Josiah Bullock, all of Decatur, Georgia; grandparents, Frank and Lillie Bullock of Freeport, Illinois; aunts, Estelle Charles-Newton of Freeport, Illinois, Michelle Griggs of Freeport, Illinois and Rebecca (Odell) Williams of Ellenwood, Georgia; uncles, Byron (Brenda) Bullock of Freeport, Illinois and Brian (Sharon) Bullock of Freeport, Illinois; other relatives and friends, including her special friend, Freddy W. Holley.
