Mrs. Phoncee Fitzpatrick of Atlanta, passed February 10, 2018.  Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Saint Paul A.M.E. Church, 1540 Pryor Rd., S.W., Reverend Isaiah J. Waddy, pastor, with Reverend Gregory V. Eason, Sr., officiating.  Interment, Lincoln Cemetery.  Mrs. Fitzpatrick's remains will be placed in state at the church at 9:30 a.m.  Viewing will be at the church ONLY on the day of the service.  Family and friends are requested to assemble at the church at 10:30 a.m.
