Patrick O. Milligan

The Milligan family is saddened to announce the passing of Patrick O. Milligan, age 51, on January 16, 2022. Patrick, a resident of Decatur, Georgia.

Patrick was born on September 27, 1970, in Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. He attended Florida Air Academy and St. Croix Academy before enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1987 supporting logistics management in Desert Storm/Desert Shield. A veteran of the Iraq War, he was also deployed to Bosnia and South Korea. After his discharge, he lived in North Carolina and then relocated to Georgia where he embraced civilian life. Patrick was proud of the contributions he made in the armed services as friends and family will attest. He lived simply and loved to make those close to him laugh. Patrick's loss is deeply felt.

He is survived by his two daughters, Tessa Milligan of Tampa, Florida and Winter Milligan of Decatur, Georgia; two sons, Marcus Milligan of Tampa, Florida and Zion West of East Point, Georgia; his parents, Louise and Alphonso Milligan of Daytona Beach, Florida; sisters, Celeste Milligan of Cheshire, Connecticut and Phyliss Milligan of Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, and a brother, Michael (Khalelah) Milligan of Port Orange, Florida

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors Chapel, 492 Larkin St. NW. 30313.
