Dr. Norman Rates of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on Sunday, April 5,2015.
His memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 12 noon at Sisters Chapel on the campus of Spelman College, with Reverend Dwight Andrews, officiating.
