Norma Ruth Franklin of Atlanta, Georgia passed on January 13, 2021.  A Private Service will be held Saturday, January 23, 2021 at 1 PM in the Carl M. Williams Chapel.

Norma Ruth Mathews Franklin was promoted to glory on the evening of January 13, 2021. She was faithfully supported and survived by her dear husband of nearly 45 years, Michael Franklin and her loving daughters, Babatina, Naomi, Simona, Michaela and Kahla. Norma was born on March 12, 1956 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of the late Walter Mathews, Sr and Mary Bess Mathews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Walter Mathews, Jr and Anthony Mathews. Her radiance of her love for everyone always shone through in any situation. You can still see the reflections of her acts of kindness and love in anyone that knew her. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, sister, three brothers, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
