Mrs. Nellie C. Thompson, 90, of 2470 Ozark Trail, Atlanta, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016, at her home.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Nellie C. Thompson will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 at 11:00AM at Providence Missionary Baptist Church, 2295 Benjamin E. Mays Drive, Southwest. Interment, Westview Cemetery. Her remains will be placed in state at the church at 10:00AM on the morning of the service.

She was preceded in death by her husband of Louis Thompson, Sr. and her daughter, Glenda Owens. Survivors include her 5 living children, Rena Davis, Beck Shellman, Louis Thompson, Jr., Ken Thompson, and Richard Thompson; a host of other relatives and friends.
