Melvin Hammock

Mr. Melvin Hammock was born on December 4, 1949 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to the late James Black and Ernestine Hammock. He went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2014 at Grady Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He is survived by his daughter, Aisha Esha Hammock; three grandchildren, Terry Isears Moore, Triston and Kriston Terry; five brothers, Lonnie Hammock, Bernard Hammock-EL (Vernice), Frank, Darryl and Dwayne Black; four sisters, Deborah and Jeanette Black, Patricia Cook (George) and Gwendolyn Hurt, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. "May he rest in eternal peace."

The Memorial Visitation will be held Sunday, August 31, 2014 at our chapel from 4:00PM to 6:00PM.
