Mrs. Mattie R. Doanes of Atlanta, passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015.

Funeral service for Mrs. Mattie R. Doanes will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 12:00Noon at The Cathedral Of Faith Church of God In Christ, 1137 Avon Avenue, Southwest with Superintendent Arthur F. Mosley, Pastor, officiating.  Interment, Lincoln Cemetery.  The body will be placed in state at the church at 11:00AM.

Survivors are her son, Mr. Willie Doanes; grandchildren, Willduisa Doanes and William J. Doanes; great-grandchildren, Leicque H. Doanes and Aidan I. Doanes; other relatives and friends.

Family and friends are requested to assemble at the church at 11:30AM.
