Laurie Johnson

Miss Laurie Frances Johnson of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, August 13, 2014. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 501 Mitchell St., SW,  with The Reverend Yvette D. Massey, pastor, officiating.  The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10 a.m.  She is survived by her sister-in-law, Mrs. Clara J. Johnson; nieces, Brenda J. (George) Bishop of Greensboro, NC and Lynn Johnson of Cleveland, OH; nephews, Khalil (Donna) Johnson, Quillian Johnson, Jr.; grand nephews, G. David Bishop, Gresham, Khalil, Jr. and Shon; grand nieces, Rasheeda, Khadeja and Briana; great-great nieces, CaNesha Murphy and Kaelin Bishop, many cousins, God-children and friends.
