James Curry transitioned on June 26, 2022, at the age of 81.  He was preceded in death by his father Leo and mother Carry Lee Curry, sister Ruby and brother Paul Curry, and son Todd S. Curry.  He leaves his children to cherish his memory, L. "Shane" Jones(Husband Ron Jones), Charlotte, NC, LaWanda Curry- Roberts, Sarasota, FL, Belinda Curry, Atlanta, GA; sister, Jeannette Curry Grant, St. Petersburg, FL; 10 grands, 11 great-grands; nieces and nephews, and a host of loving friends.

To honor James "Pal" Curry's memory we are holding a celebration of his life on July 2, 2022 at 12 noon at Providence Missionary Baptist Church, 2295 Benjamin E.
