Mrs. Hortense T. Kelly
Mrs. Hortense Kelly of Douglasville, GA passed September 20, 2017. Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, 1540 Pryor Rd., SW, with Rev. Isaiah J. Waddy, pastor, officiating. Interment, Westview Cemetery. The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10 a.m.
