Miss Helen Juanita Hill

Miss Helen Juanita Hill of Atlanta, a retired educator with the Atlanta Public Schools, passed on October 16, 2014. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 11 a.m. at Central United Methodist Church, 503 Mitchell St., SW, with Reverend Yvette D. Massey, pastor, officiating.  Interment, Lincoln Memorial Cemetery.  The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10 a.m.

The Ivy Beyond the Wall Ceremony of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at our chapel at 6 p.m., with family visitation immeditatley following.

She is survived by her brother, Edmund D. Hill; cousin, Herman B. Thornton; other relatives and friends.
