Mrs. Gladys B. Wallace

Mrs. Gladys Beverly Wallace of Atlanta, passed July 3, 2018.  Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Friendship Baptist Church, 80 Walnut St., SW with The Reverend Dr. Richard W. Wills, Sr., pastor, officiating.  Interment, Westview Cemetery.   A native of Greensboro, Alabama she graduated from Spelman College in 1940 and Columbia University.  She taught home economics at Howard HS and Grady HS.  Known for her quick wit and legendary culinary skills, she is survived by a son, Lorenzo Wallace, Jr. of Atlanta.
