Mrs. Frances Dianne Watkins of Lithia Springs, GA, passed May 20, 2025.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Victory Outreach Church, 2175 Metropolitan Pkwy, SW Atlanta, 30315 with Reverend Jerome Carodine, pastor, officiating.  Interment, Westview Cemetery.  The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10 a.m.  The public viewing will be on Friday May, 30, 2025 at  Carl M. Williams from 1 to 5 p.m. These services will be recorded and streamed live. If the event is interrupted at any time due to technical issues, the entire event will be uploaded and available to view later in the day.
