Florence G. Harris

Mrs. Florence Gill Harris of Atlanta, passed April 29, 2025.  Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 1 p.m. at Friendship Baptist Church, 80 Walnut St., SW, with Reverend Kelly M. Smith, pastor, officiating, Reverend Richard Wills, Eulogist.  Interment, Lincoln Cemetery.  The remains will be placed in state at the church at 12 noon.  The public viewing will be at our chapel on Friday, May 9, 2025 from 1 to 4 p.m., with the Ivy Beyond The Wall Ceremony  of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. to follow at the church at 6 p.m.
