Mr. Edward A. Mitchell of Atlanta, Georgia passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015.

Funeral service for Mr. Edward A. Mitchell will be held on Friday, April 3, 2015 at 11:00AM at St. Paul African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1540 Pryor Road, Southwest, Reverend Gregory V. Eason, Pastor, officiating. Interment, South-View Cemetery.  The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10:00AM.

Survivors are his loving wife, Stephanie Mitchell; devoted son, Edward Bernard Mitchell, Sr.; grandchildren, Kayla Taylor and Edward Bernard Mitchell, Jr.; father, Fleming Henry Mitchell; six brothers; a host of other relatives and friends.

Family and friends are requested to assemble at the church at 10:30AM on the morning of the service.
