The Celebration of Life for Mr. Edward D. Blackwell, Jr. will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 12:00Noon at Breakthrough Christian Center, 3078 Benjamin E. Mays Drive, Southwest, Atlanta, Georgia with Reverend Curtis Phelps, Jr., officiating. Interment, College Park Cemetery. His remains will be placed in state at 11:00AM in the church on the morning of the service.
