Dr. Bernard Thompson of Atlanta, passed January 29, 2025.  Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at 11 a.m. at Cascade United Methodist Church Southwest, 3144 Cascade Road, SW, the Reverend Dr. Kevin R. Murriel, Senior Pastor,   The Reverend Henry Bush, Jr., Eulogist.  Private Interment will be at Houston Memorial Gardens, Pearland, Texas.  The remains will be placed in state at the church at 10 a.m.  Public viewing will be on Wednesday February 12, 2025 at our chapel from 1 to 6 p.m.  The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc., Omega service will be held at our chapel on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 6:30 p.m.  The link for the live streaming cascadeumc.org/bthompson
