Mrs. Barbara E. Cotton of Atlanta, passed Tuesday, April 5, 2022.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul A.M.E. Church, 1540 Pryor Rd., SW, Atlanta, GA, Rev. Isaiah J. Waddy, Pastor, officiating, Rev.
