Barbara Astin Bigsby was born in Fayetteville, GA to the late Timothy and Mary Ellen Jones Astin.  She was a loving Kind, caring person.  Barbara was married to the late Robert Bigsby on December 20, 1987.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her children, Karen (Richard) McMullen, Tina-Thomas (Bishop Deion) Langford, Emma (James) Head; son, Robert Astin.; brother, Rev. Leon (Ruth) Astin; sisters, Rosa Astin, Margie Gates, and Dorothy (Willie) Arnold; 27 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.
