Ms. Alice Ruth Samuel of Atlanta, passed January 16, 2020.  Funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24, 2020; 11 AM. at New Springfield Baptist Church, 2560 Sylvan Rd., East Point, GA with Reverend D. B. Quinn, pastor, officiating.  Interment, South-View Cemetery.  The remains will be placed in state at 10 AM.  Survivors are her sisters, Ola May Samuel and Bessie Samuel; other relatives and friends.
