To the Meritt Family
We are sorry to hear about the passing of Lucille M Meritt. Our deepest thoughts and prayers are with the entire family. Yes on this day we share your pain. It is always a sad day when another member of God's earthly family falls victim to our enemy death.( 1 Corinthians 15:26) Yet in this hour of great need, God has not forgotten about us. He knows that our hearts are filled with great sadness. He knows that He has to say and take corrective action to fix this ongoing condition. So from the pages of the Bible He does just so. Notice the words of comfort that He shares with the Meritt family, and other families who are grieving over a personal lost of a family member or friend. As to this enemy death, God tells us that He would soon rid the earth of all sicknesses and death. ( Revelation 21:3-4). This text helps us to see that the time will come when no person will ever get sick, grow old and die. In fact even the aging process will be reversed so that we become young again. Yes these are only the beginning of God's words of comfort to all grieving hearts. Yet He continues to provide even more. He now tells all that the time is soon near when He will call to those in the grave to stand up in life again. (John 5:28-29) This promise is a personal guarantee from God that Lucille, and billions of others will live again. I know that Lucille had knowledge of the scriptures. Yes she knew of this promise. Now she will benefit personally from this loving arrangement from God. All can build up there faith in this promise by reading all nine accounts that speaks about thiscwonderful blessing from God. Here is just one of the many comforting accounts recorded at Acts 9:36-42. May we encourage all,to take the time to read the verses. Yes keep this promise near your hearts at all times. Remember that when God makes a promise it becomes reality. For God does not lie.( Titus 1:2)

To The Family, May you have peace and comfort during this most grievous time. The Bible speaks of death as an enemy. 1 Corinthians 15:26 refers to death as the, "last enemy." Almighty God is going to eliminate this enemy in the future. That same scripture says, it is going to be destroyed forever .What a wonderful future blessing when death is going forever. May you continue have peace and comfort during this most difficult time.
