ABOUT US

For thirty years, Carl Michael Williams has served families through Metropolitan Atlanta, as a funeral director and embalmer at Ivey Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. Carl served with dignity and expressed concern for the families he came in contact with.

Upon the death of the owner Clara Ivey Wilson in 1993, Carl served as President of Ivey Brothers until he purchased the business from her estate in August of 1994. The funeral home new name became Ivey-Williams Funeral Home for one year. The Ivey name could only be used for one year of transition. In 1995 the business was renamed to Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors, Inc.

The trust and confidence that was placed in Carl during the three years of transition had inspired him to move forward with the determination to provide the community with the highest professional standard of possible service. Carl M. Williams Funeral Directors, Inc. is a family owned business pledging to continue the tradition of caring and reliable service delivered to customers in the most dignified manner.
